Senior Acquisition Manager

 The Senior Acquisition Manager will be located in Orange County, Los Angeles, California, and San Diego, and will be responsible for uncovering new clients, generating revenue/margins, and cultivating new partner relationships within each of their prospective or existing client accounts. This individual will identify and target organizations needing a network, cybersecurity, and public cloud expertise. This role is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product & service strategic alignment to our clients, both short and long-range, targeted toward existing and new clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities as a means to grow revenue/margins and increase market share.
  • Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers and partners.
  • Act as the lead in all customer communications, and be responsible for the customer’s overall satisfaction with the company, and company products/services within the assigned accounts.
  • Respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s, and RFI’s in a formal proposal format working with team members
  • Support marketing activities by attending partner briefings, Webinars, and internal sales and marketing activities.
  • Work cooperatively with Corporate Executives, Marketing, Customer Service, and other Sales team members to help build market strategies for the overall success of the company.
  • Utilize SalesForce to report regularly on the progress of sales, contracts, forecasts, and performance against assigned objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned by Triden Group

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English required (oral and written)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to use a PC and basic software applications (including the Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM
  • Experience using Outreach Sequencing a plus
  • Knowledge and track record of territory development including new business accounts
  • Strong presentation, verbal and communication skills are essential

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or 4 years of sales experience (Focus on Cyber Security is a plus)
  • Experience developing and cultivating new client relationships and sales in greenfield territory
  • Experience with a ‘Start-Up’ a plus

    Our Sales Development Representatives will support all levels of the sales organization by finding new revenue opportunities that add to the total pipeline.

    Must be located in San Diego

    What you’ll be working on:

    • Prospect and generate leads with companies within a defined territory
    • Leverage a lead generation tools, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Hunter.io and Outreach
    • Collaborate closely with Sales Manager and Sales Team to establish a territory “plan-of-attack”, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
    • Set up new meetings to hand off to our Sales Manager and Sales Team
    • Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process
    • Qualify opportunities and handle objections
    • Participate in regular training & informational sessions
    • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities and Closed Business
    • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined territory
    • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)

    Your experience and skills should include: 

    • History of quota achievement
    • Previous experience in a lead generation role a plus
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
    • Bachelor’s degree

    These additional skills would be highly desirable:

    • SaaS experience a plus
    • Working knowledge of SalesForce a plus
